Pan-frying:
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the frozen gyoza in the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Add about 100ml of water, cover the pan, and let the gyoza steam for 5-7 minutes until the water has evaporated and the gyoza are fully cooked through.
Remove the lid and fry for another 1-2 minutes until crispy.

BIBIGO Gyoza are ideal as an appetizer or snack. Serve them hot with a suitable dipping sauce and enjoy the delicious taste.
