Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume within a few days after thawing.
Cooking Instructions

Pan-fry:
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the frozen gyoza in the pan and pan-fry for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Add about 100ml of water, cover the pan, and steam the gyoza for 5-7 minutes until the water has evaporated and the gyoza are fully cooked through.
Remove the lid and pan-fry for another 1-2 minutes until crispy.
