Preparation Instructions
To use the gyoza wrappers, thaw the wrappers completely in the refrigerator. Place a wrapper on a clean, dry work surface and put about a teaspoon of your desired filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing the edges firmly together to seal the gyoza and create small pleats along the top edge. The finished gyoza can be boiled, steamed, or pan-fried. Enjoy the gyoza hot with a suitable dipping sauce.
