You can easily steam or microwave them – they're ready in minutes. The filling is mild, aromatic, and pleasantly umami, perfect for a quick, warm meal or a snack in between.
Storage and Usage Instructions
Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Preparation Instructions
Steaming: Place the frozen bao in a steamer basket and steam for approx. 8–10 minutes until soft and hot.
Microwave: Place one bao on a plate, cover with a slightly damp paper towel, and heat for 40–60 seconds.
