Quoc Viet Soup Base for Vegetarian Pho is a pre-made spice mix for making a vegetarian version of the traditional Vietnamese noodle soup Pho. The blend contains a combination of dried mushrooms, spices and vegetable extracts that work together to create a rich and aromatic flavor.
