Storage and Usage Instructions

Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Preparation Instructions

In a steamer (recommended):

  1. Remove the Lo Mai Gai from the packaging.

  2. Place the frozen packets with the lotus leaf in a steamer.

  3. Steam for about 15-20 minutes or until the sticky rice is soft and the inside is hot.

* Important note: The lotus leaf is not suitable for consumption. It is only used for cooking and as a flavor enhancer. Remove it before serving.
