AJINOMOTO Gyoza Mushroom & Edamame are delicious Japanese dumplings, filled with an aromatic blend of button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and crunchy edamame beans. Their delicate seasoning and tender dough make them a versatile side dish or light snack – perfect for lovers of vegetarian Asian cuisine.

Storage and Use Instructions

Store frozen at -18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Preparation Instructions

  • Pan: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Fry frozen gyoza for approx. 2 minutes. Add 60 ml of water, cover, and cook for approx. 2 minutes. Remove lid and cook for another 1 minute until the water has evaporated.

  • Deep Fryer: Fry at 170–180 °C for approx. 2.5 minutes.

  • Steamer: Steam at 100 °C for approx. 5 minutes.
