(KW) FRESHASIA Pork & Napa Cabbage Dumplings are delicate dumplings with a juicy filling of mildly seasoned pork and fresh napa cabbage. You can easily steam or pan-fry them – they are quick to prepare and super delicious. The dough is soft, the filling pleasantly aromatic and not too heavy. Perfect if you want a warm, hearty dish that's easy to make. Ideal for a quick lunch, dinner, or as a snack in between meals.
Storage and Usage Instructions
Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume within a few days after thawing.
Preparation Instructions
Steaming: Place the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam for about 10–12 minutes.
Pan-frying: Heat a little oil in a pan, add the dumplings, and pan-fry briefly. Then add about 100 ml of water, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes until the water has evaporated. Afterwards, pan-fry briefly again until the bottom is crispy.
