Storage and usage instructions:
Please store frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Protect from direct sunlight and remove from the freezer just before preparation.
Preparation instructions:
Use the frozen tart shells directly without thawing them first. Fill with the desired filling (classically: egg and cream mixture) and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180–200 °C until the surface is golden brown and the filling sets. Then let cool slightly and enjoy fresh.
