Storage and Usage Instructions

Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking Instructions

In the pan:

  1. Fry the frozen sausages in a little oil over medium heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.

  2. Turn the sausages regularly until they are golden brown all over and have reached an internal temperature of 70°C.

On the grill:

  1. Place the frozen sausages on the preheated grill.

  2. Grill them over medium heat for approx. 12-15 minutes, turning them frequently.

  3. The sausages are ready when they are cooked through and nicely browned.
