Cooking Instructions
Rinse 1 cup of Basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add the rice, reduce heat, cover the pot, and let the rice simmer for 10-12 minutes until the water is absorbed; remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
