A sushi kit contains the following ingredients (for 6 rolls): sushi rice, sushi seasoning for the rice, nori sheets, wasabi paste, soy sauce, a bamboo mat for rolling and step-by-step instructions
Note: Nori leaves are naturally high in iodine, which can cause thyroid dysfunction if consumed in excess. Do not consume more than 40 g per day!
Attention: The package of nori sheets contains a packet of desiccant to protect the product from moisture. Do not consume this package!
