JONGGA Soy-Rich Tofu for stews or soups is versatile and easy to prepare. Cut the tofu into cubes or slices and add it directly to your stew or soup. Let the tofu simmer in the hot liquid for about 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors and heat through completely. The tofu is excellent for traditional Korean dishes like Sundubu Jjigae or Doenjang Jjigae.
