Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within six months.

Preparation instructions

The Massaman curry paste can be used directly as a seasoning. For a Massaman curry, fry 2-3 tablespoons of the paste in a little oil, add 400ml coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add meat, potatoes and vegetables as desired and cook until everything is thoroughly cooked.
