Rezept fĂŒr Flower sushi
Ingredients
For 2 rolls
- 300g sushi rice
- 2 tbsp sushi seasoning
- 1/2 beetroot
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 6 sheets of nori
- Soy sauce for dipping
step by step
STEP 1
Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions, add sushi seasoning and allow to cool slightly
STEP 2
In the meantime, peel and finely grate the beetroot
STEP 3
Divide the rice into 3 bowls in approximately the following distribution (1/10, 5/10, 4/10).
STEP 4
Add turmeric to the smallest amount of rice and stir in, add beetroot to the largest amount of rice and stir in, leave the rice in the third bowl pure
STEP 5
Take 4 nori sheets and cut each one lengthways into 3 equal pieces, so that there are a total of 12 thin nori sheet pieces
STEP 6
Fill a total of 10 sliced âânori sheet pieces with the rice with beetroot and roll; Fill 2 pieces of cut nori sheet with the rice with turmeric and roll
STEP 7
Then take a whole nori sheet, spread it with pure rice, arrange 5 beetroot rolls and 1 turmeric roll in the shape of a flower on each sheet and roll them up together
STEP 8
Then use a sharp, moistened knife to cut thicker slices from the roll and enjoy with soy sauce
