Rezept fĂŒr Sweet summer rolls


Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 10-12 sheets of large rice paper
  • 100g sticky rice
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 150ml water
  • 50g sugar
  • about 400 g fruit (e.g. mango and berries)
  • Optional: 1 sprig of fresh mint

step by step

STEP 1
To prepare, wash the glutinous rice thoroughly the night before and soak it in water for several hours

STEP 2
Then drain the sticky rice and cook it over low heat in coconut milk and water with sugar for about 30 minutes, stirring regularly

STEP 3
As soon as the liquid has been used up, the rice is ready and can steep and cool down a bit

STEP 4
In the meantime, prepare fruit, cutting larger fruit such as mango into cubes and halving berries if desired

STEP 5
Moisten a sheet of rice paper, then place some fruit in a rectangular shape in the middle, spread a layer of rice on top and top again with some fruit

STEP 6
Roll up the summer rolls as usual by first folding in the sides on the left and right and then closing the roll and rolling it up
