Rezept für Japanese curry rice bowl
Ingredients
For 2 servings
- S&B Golden Curry Medium Hot 110g (half pack)
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- half broccoli
- 400g water
- a pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- a pinch of curry powder
- a pinch of sugar
- a pinch of hot chili powder (if you want a little more heat)
step by step
STEP 1
Cut the onion and carrots into small pieces (thumb size)
STEP 2
Heat the pan with some oil in it. When hot, add the carrot pieces. Fry the carrot pieces until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 3
Add the onions to the pan. Fry until the onion is soft.
STEP 4
Pour in curry cubes. Stir a little.
STEP 5
Add water. Stir until the blocks have dissolved.
STEP 6
Add black pepper, curry powder, sugar and chili powder (only if you like the extra spiciness).
STEP 7
Add some red wine and stir. Cook with the lid closed and low heat for another 10 minutes.
STEP 8
The curry is served!
