Rezept für Vietnamese spring rolls


Ingredients

For 12 pieces

  • 12 large rice papers (for deep-frying)
  • 200 g minced pork
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 g glass noodles
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 handful of mung bean sprouts
  • Some Thai basil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Oil for deep frying

step by step

STEP 1
Prepare glass noodles and set aside

STEP 2
Prepare vegetables by finely dicing carrots, mushrooms, onion and garlic

STEP 3
Cut the Thai basil and spring onions into fine strips

STEP 4
Cut glass noodles into 1 cm pieces and mix with minced meat and chopped vegetables, then add egg yolk and a little salt and pepper

STEP 5
Pull one sheet of rice paper through cold water, place some filling in the middle, fold in 2 sides of the rice paper and then roll up into a tight roll

STEP 6
Heat about 2 cm of oil in a pan and deep-fry the spring rolls at a temperature of about 150 degrees for 3-4 minutes and then enjoy with Thai sweet chili sauce
